OK.  Instead of trying to find a quick, slick, easy, short way,
let's just do it the long, sensible way.  We'll find the value of
each function at x=-2 and at x=-4, then see which one changed
the most and which one changed the least.

g(x) . . . (table)
when x=-2 . . . g(x) = 0
when x=-4 . . . g(x) = -8
Amount of change . . . 8

h(x) = |2x + 3| + 7
h(-2) = |-4+3| + 7 = 1+7 = 8
h(-4) = |-8+3| + 7 = 5+7 = 12
Amount of change . . . . . . . 4

m(-2) . . . . . -10
m(-4) . . . . . less than -18
                   maybe -20 or -25
Amount of change . . . more than 8
                                 maybe 10 or 15
