Answer:

According to chapters 1-9 of Robson Crusoe we can understand that the past message is that regardless of your life plans, you must follow the course that gives you the most satisfaction.

Explanation:

The starting point of the hero's adventure occurs with the denial of his social and financial stability, not accepting parental protection. Thus, Robinson Crusoe was a young man who rebelled against the quiet, methodical and routine life of the middle class of York, England, decides to run away from home and become a sailor, because that was what gave him satisfaction in life and not live on the stand of his father.

In one of his journeys a storm makes the ship where it was on board shipwreck. The only survivor of the tragedy, Crusoe manages to reach a deserted island, staying there for almost three decades. The tools, ropes, boards and other utensils he takes from the ship help him face helplessness and loneliness. While meddling in various perils and overcoming innumerable difficulties and deprivations, he ends up meditating on human and religious values. As a result, Robinson is in frequent conflict between the moral and religious reflections and his prudence that leads him to opt for behaviors that generate economic advantages

What is the literal meaning of "they acquire gold as if it were corn grains
lozanna [386]
The meaning behind that simile is that ‘they’ are getting tons of gold like they were corn grains which if you’ve seen them, there’s a lot in just one corn. So basically those people were getting a lot of gold.
