<h3>The mass of full grown giraffe is 372.42 kg and mass of full grown lion is 62.07 kg and mass of full grown cheetah is 15.51 kg</h3>

<em><u>Solution:</u></em>

Let "a" be the mass of full grown giraffe

Let "b" be the mass of full grown lion

Let "c" be the mass of full grown cheetah

<em><u>A full-grown giraffe is about 6 times  heavier than a full-grown lion</u></em>

a = 6b ------- eqn 1

<em><u>A full-grown  cheetah is about one-quarter as heavy as a  full-grown lion</u></em>

c = \frac{1}{4} \times b\\\\c = \frac{b}{4} ----- eqn\ 2

<em><u>Together, they are about  450 kg</u></em>

Therefore,

a + b + c = 450

<em><u>Substitute eqn 1 and eqn 2 in above</u></em>

6b + b + \frac{b}{4} = 450\\\\24b + 4b + b = 450 \times 4\\\\29b = 1800\\\\b = 62.07

<em><u>Substitute b = 62.07 in eqn 1</u></em>

a = 6(62.07)\\\\a = 372.42

<em><u>Substitute b = 62.07 in eqn 2</u></em>

c = \frac{62.07}{4} = 15.51

Thus, mass of full grown giraffe is 372.42 kg and mass of full grown lion is 62.07 kg and mass of full grown cheetah is 15.51 kg

fredd [130]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

If width =x

Length =x + 5

Perimeter =x+x+5+x+x+5

26=4x+10

16=4x

X=4

Therefore width =4

Length =9

Vikentia [17]

Answer:

20. C, 21. A, 22. B

Step-by-step explanation:

20. Terms are numbers with variables next to them.

21. T can be anything. It can't be irrational because timers have a certain number. So for example, swimmer swims in 10 seconds, 18.5 seconds, 18.67 seconds, and so on.

22. If you solve 3x ≥ -12 and 8x ≤ 16, you get 3x ≥ -12; x = -4, and 8x ≤ 16; x = 2.

Hope it Helps!

Plz give brainliest. It would be appreciated!
