I hope that gravity is the only resistance,cause if it is, just doing this equation will solve this.

w = m . g. h
w = 6 x 9.8 x 10
w =  588 N

X^(2)+x^(2)=128<br> or<br> x^2+x^2=128
Dvinal [7]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

x^2 + x^2 = 128                 Normally you don't do this but rewrite the question

1x^2 + 1x^2 = 128

You actually do use 1 + 1 = 2 First time I've ever done that.

2x^2 = 128                         Divide by 2

2x^2/2 = 128 / 2

x^2 = 64                            Take the square root of both sides

sqrt(x^2)= sqrt(64)

x = 8

Ed is on a road trip. He has already traveled 220 miles and is driving at a rate of 61 miles per hour. Which equation could be u
Lerok [7]

Answer:

C

Step-by-step explanation:

Imagine your going 61 steps per hour and you have already walked 220 steps. You want to walk 677 steps in total. First you minus the amount you have done then each hour add 61 steps which would be the x for each hour

(2xyz)(-4x^2yz)<br> polynomials<br> please help
OLga [1]

Hi!

Tip #1: To multiply polynomials, consider the variables separate from the numbers.

So we are multiplying 2xyz * -4x²yz

Let's start by multiplying the variables.

xyz * x²yz

Tip #2: The exponents tell you how many of each variable there are. When multiplying variables, add the exponents. When a variable does not seem to have an exponent, that means there is an invisible exponent of 1! (x = x^{1})

xyz * x²yz = (x + x²)(y + y)(z + z) = x³y²z²

Now multiply the numbers! (just like normal)

2 * -4 = -8

Now combine the numbers with the variables once again.

-8x³y²z²

The answer for 2xyz * -4x²yz is -8x³y²z²

Hope this helps! :)

Find the value of n for which the vectors a⃗ =(3,2)a→=(3,2) and b⃗ =(9,n)b→=(9,n) are collinear.
Makovka662 [10]

Answer:

For n=6, the given vectors will be collinear.

Step-by-step explanation:

Collinear vectors are the vectors which lie on the same line or parallel lines. In order to find if two vectors are collinear, their ratio is found. If the ratio is same for all unit vectors then the vectors are collinear.

Given

a = (a_1, a_2) = (3,2)\\b = (b_1, b_2) = (9,n)

The ratio of first unit vectors is:

\frac{a_1}{b_1} = \frac{3}{9} = \frac{1}{3}

In order for the vectors to be collinear the other ratio should also be 1/3

\frac{a_2}{b_2} = \frac{1}{3}

Writing it mathematically

\frac{2}{n} = \frac{1}{3}\\2*3 = n\\n = 6

Hence,

For n=6, the given vectors will be collinear.
