It is not foolishness to believe that you can be whatever you want.
Every person is a unique individual with a different background and upbringing and thus this means you have different goals and aspirations. People's goals and aspirations can be similar or the same but just because two things are the same doesn't cancel them out.
Having realistic expectations are important when having goals and aspirations because naturally, you cannot become a unicorn or own the world.
I believe the answer is C.
Hope this helps! :)
In my opinion I prefer the city. I think that people who move to the countryside from the city are crazy. They think that it will make their children get out more and it will not. That doesn't work. They will just be in more danger and of being snakebit and unable to call for help. Yes it is a good idea to build new buildings on the coast. It could be dangerous for the rough hurricane seasons but it still would be a good idea to expand.
Given the news story titled; "California’s first offshore wind project has Morro Bay fishermen worried" we understand that: California fishermen are worried that offshore wind farms on the West Coast "will become another place they can’t fish."

What are the fishermen worried about?

The fishermen in the text are worried that when wind turbines are introduced in the West and Central Coasts, they stood the risk of losing yet another portion of land that would have been dedicated to fish farming.
This was coming after they had already lost some portion of their lands to places that were now marked as marine protected territories.
The fishermen should be rightly worried because fishing was a source of livelihood for them. Now, that wind turbines have been approved by the Biden administration, they stood the risk of losing more portions of land. This will grossly affect their activities.
