One of them is Vertebrates which are the animals that have a backbone like mammals, birds, and amphibians.

The other one is a invertebrates which are animals that don't have a backbone, for example insects do not have a backbone and also some marine animals like the squid.

I hope this helped :)

Lena [83]

Answer:

No, observed and expected frequencies are different.

Observed frequencies: p2 = 0.56 , 2pq = 0.375, q2 = 0.062

Expected frequencies: p2 = 0.774 , 2pq = 0.211, q2 = 0.014

Explanation:

Given frequency of recessive genotype (q2)= 14/ 1006 = 0.0139

Frequency of recessive allele s (q) = square root of 0.0139 = 0.12

Frequency of dominant allele S (p) = 1-q = 1-0.12 = 0.88

Expected frequency of homozygous recessive genotype = 0.12 x 0.12 = 0.014

Expected frequency of homozygous dominant genotype = 0.88 x 0.88 = 0.774

Expected frequency of heterozygous dominant genotype = 2pq = 2 x 0.88 x 0.12 = 0.211

Observed frequencies in population 2

Observed frequency of homozygous dominant genotype = 308 / 549 =0.56

Observed frequency of heterozygous dominant genotype = 206 / 549 =0.375

Observed frequency of homozygous recessive genotype = 34 / 549 =0.062

Observed frequencies do not match with expected frequencies.

Alternative splicing of single mRNA transcripts gives rise to multiple mRNAs. View Available Hint(s) Alternative splicing of sin
Degger [83]

Answer:

Option- True

 • During the process of the protein synthesis the mRNA is processed through the stages of creating the multiple number of mRNA. As, these fragments help in the formation of the protein molecules or different amino acids sequences from the given set of 20 amino acids.

PLEASE HELP ASAP 5 MINUTES LEFT

what is the role of the enzyme diaphorase
Stells [14]

Diaphorase or dihydrolipoyl dehydrogenase is a flavoprotein enzyme capable of oxidizing the reduced form of NAD (NADH). This lipoamide dehydrogenase is a component of the glycine cleavage system, as well as of the alpha-ketoacid dehydrogenase complexes. It binds one FAD per protein subunit. The enzyme is provided in 3.2 M ammonium sulphate.
