Why is history open to ongoing and changing interpretations? Changing values limit interpretation. New evidence is not available

. Primary sources are determined to be unreliable. Revisionists are overruled by traditionalists. Traditional interpretations are questioned by revisionists.

History is always open to ongoing and changing interpretations due to the revisionists questioning of the interpretations of the traditionalists. In addition new evidence can become available, or differing conclusions are drawn from prior research.
