Answer: Well when you run, you become more hot and that makes the body temperature warmer, and the blood can move easier. The warmer your body is, the more the blood moves. Also, the running brings your blood towards your skin more, and you'll start to sweat.
The movement occuring at your joints during a netball shot is called CONDYLOID joint movement. Condyloid joints allows flexion, extension and circumduction movements or motions. In example shooting a ball requires the foot to be everted and inverted and the vertebral column to be flexed.
Stay hydrated. Water, juice, clear broth or warm lemon water with honey helps loosen congestion and prevents dehydration.
Rest. Your body needs rest to heal.
Try rubbing Vick cream or inhaling it.
