As Sum of the Three Angles in a Triangle = 180°

We can write as :

Angle (1) + 40° + 90° = 180°

Angle (1) + 130° = 180°

Angle (1) = 180° - 130°

Angle (1) = 50°

As Angle (2) and 90° are Vertically opposite Angles :

Angle (2) should be Equal to 90°

Angle (2) = 90°

Angle (2) + Angle (3) + 30° = 180°

90° + Angle (3) = 30° = 180°

Angle(3) + 120° = 180°

Angle(3) = 180° - 120°

Angle(3) = 60°

As Angle (3) and Angle(4) are Vertically opposite Angles :

Angle (4) should be Equal to Angle(3)

Angle (4) = 60°

Angle(4) + Angle(5) + 60° = 180°

60° + Angle(5) + 60° = 180°

Angle(5) + 120° = 180°

Angle(5) = 180° - 120°

Angle(5) = 60°

As Angle (5) and Angle(6) are Vertically opposite Angles :

Angle (6) should be Equal to Angle(5)

Angle (6) = 60°

Angle(6) + Angle(7) + 20° = 180°

60° + Angle(7) + 20° = 180°

Angle(7) + 80° = 180°

Angle(7) = 180° - 80°

Angle(7) = 100°

What is the greatest common factor of 9 21 60?
nordsb [41]
The greatest common factor (GCF) of 9, 21 and 60 is: 3

Factors of 9: 1, 3, 9
Factors of 21: 1, 3, 7
Factors of 60: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

The common factors between the three numbers are 1 and 3, but since 3 is the highest number, it is considered the GCF.

RAMP
21.7 ft
8.5 ft
12 ft
20 ft
1. What is the total surface area of the ramp?
castortr0y [4]

Answer:

772.4 ft^2

Step-by-step explanation:

find the area of each face. first the slanted rectangle. the dimensions of the slanted rectangle are 21.7ft by 12ft. so the area is 21.7*12=260.4ft^2. for the two triangles on the sides, each on has an area of 20*8.5/2=85. next for the smaller rectangle, the dimensions are 12ft by 8.5ft giving us an area of 102 ft^2. lastly for the base, it has dimensions of 20ft by 12ft giving us an area of 240ft^2. now you just add up all the areas: 260.4+85+85+102+240=772.4 (you might want to check my addition just in case)

Which inequality defines the shaded region graphed below?
masha68 [24]

Answer:

Every ordered pair within this region will satisfy the inequality y ≥ x. Incorrect. The boundary line here is y = x, and the correct region is shaded, but remember that a dotted line is used for < and >. The inequality you are graphing is y ≥ x, so the boundary line should be solid.
