The correct answer is that the reason why judicial review gave the Supreme Court more power is because it gives the judges the power of them to interpret the laws as they understand them and they are trying to interpret what the founder fathers intent. Judicial review is influence by the judges believes and politics and many of the decisions are made because of it.

In the other hand, the Federalist contribute to the United States shaped the United States, as they were for a strong central governemnt that would helped the country. They were a significant part of the people who created the constitution.
