Due to its system of air sacs connected to the lungs, the respiratory system of birds is arguably the most effective respiratory

system of all air-breathers. upon inhalation, air first flows into posterior air sacs, then into the lungs, and then into anterior air sacs on the way to being exhaled. thus, there is one-way flow of air through the lungs, along thousands of tubules called parabronchi. which type of bird is most likely to benefit from air sacs, which reduce its weight? birds, such as geese, which migrate great distances birds that chip away wood, such as woodpeckers diving birds birds that rip apart prey, such as hawks and eagles

I think the birds that are most likely to benefit from air sacs, which reduce their weigh are the birds such as geese, which migrate great distances birds. These birds usually generate a lot of heat, especially during flight. Yet the adipose tissue under their skin and the feathers atop their skin make it difficult to eliminate excess heat across the skin.

Astronomers use __________ to remotely identify the ________ of an object by the unique pattern of lines in its spectrum.
Aliun [14]

Answer:Spectroscopy helps astronomers to determine the composition, temperature, density, and motion of an object.

Infrared spectroscopy helps to identify the atoms and molecules in the object.

The red shift or blue shift (Doppler Effect) in a spectral line tells how fast the object is receding from Earth or coming toward it.

The Doppler shift enables astronomers to discover extrasolar planets.

As a planet orbits its star, the star is alternately moving away from or toward us.

Astronomers can use the Doppler shifts to calculate the speed of the star and the mass of the planet that is tugging on it.

What has been the biggest cause of biodiversity loss? *
saw5 [17]
Habitat destruction is the key one out of all of these. Animals being kept at the zoo for research are usually endangered or vulnerable species which is doing more good than harm to them. Legal hunting of animals is most likely for rabbits, deer, and a stabilized population in the wild. Habitat destruction can destroy many populations and cause loads of damage. An example of that would be the Australian wildfires at the start of 2020.
