If someone has weak lanaguage skills he/she should take extra langauage classes an make it more enjoyable so they can actually learn from it. Motivation is a esstential part of learning a new langauge as it can make you have a better understanding on the langauge. You can also hire a tutor outside of school which can give you extra support on the langauge. make sure you are also surrounded yourself with people that are also learning the same langauge. By allowing this to happen, your exposed to more voices of the same langauge which means the better your ears will get at parsing the speech.
