They Affected the State USa began taxing the STATESExplanation:After wII i think that usa began taxing the states to repair damaged boats tanks etc and stuff this  broke and destroyed state's economy in fact atleast 3 billion were raised out of taxing  states in south calorina  there was a mega good medical attention so the goverment taxed all the funds from it.
