Which most likely explains why the author describes the character as both an iceberg and a volcano
Y_Kistochka [10]

Answer:

The character usually reaches two extremes of his personality, which can be cold as an iceberg, or hot, explosive and unpredictable as a volcano.

Explanation:

If an author describes a character in his story as a volcano and an iceberg, it means that the author wants to show how the character's personality is unstable and can reach two extremes quickly in any situation. That's because the character can present himself as someone cold and insensitive, like an iceberg. However, the same character can assume an explosive, unpredictable and hot personality like a volcano.

This is the use of object or idea that represent something other than themselves
Nana76 [90]

Answer: Symbolism is a literary device that uses symbols, be they words, people, marks, locations, or abstract ideas to represent something beyond the literal meaning.

Explanation: The concept of symbolism is not confined to works of literature: symbols inhabit every corner of our daily life. For instance, the colors red, white, and blue typically symbolize patriotism (in America at least), which is why they’re the favored hues of political yard signs. Colors like orange and brown connote fall, which is why they adorn so many Thanksgiving decorations. Road signs, logos, and emojis are other examples of symbolism—the visuals correspond to ideas, companies, or moods.

Sonbull [250]

Answer:

That should be your opinion but personally I don't like it because it's hard for me to focus. I don't like the fact that I don't get any breaks and there's too much work. I'd rather just go back but if I have tot stay remote and change something it'd be the amount of work we get. Depends on the class, maybe give us more time to talk..?
