I think the $2.70 price is sweet deal because it's not expensive. It's cheap, but not expensive.

The six pack of soda that costs 2.70 is a better deal than the soda that costs .50 because technically if you bought the 6 pack the soda would be 45 cents

The graph below shows the balance in Steven's savings account as a function of time. Please Helpp
zhuklara [117]

Answer:

Steven starts with an account balance of $300

And with each passing month his balance increases by $150

Step-by-step explanation:

300 is you're start value

On the graph you can see that Feb. 1 hits the line on the graph between $300 and $600. You want to find half of $300, So you divide 300 by 2, And that give you 150.

Then with you can add 150 to 300 to give you 450. Then add 150 to 450 to give you 600. And repeat the process.

Hope This Helps :)

Answer:

X= -1 and x=5

Explanation:

Make it equal to zero
X-5=0
Then add five to both sides

A customer buys 17.01 in gas and requests one five dollar [$5] lottery ticket, two one dollar [$1] lottery tickets, and one [$3]
ohaa [14]
I think the answer is $65.99. I believe you would add the values of all the lottery tickets he bought, so 5+1+1+3+5+2 = 17 plus the money he spent on gas 17+17.01 = 34.01 and then subtract the 34.01 from 100 to get $65.99

Consider a political discussion group of 8 democrats, 8 republicans and 6 independent suppose the teo groups meme bet are random
BartSMP [9]

Answer:

The probability of selecting two democrats is 1/380

Step-by-step explanation:

  • Probability is the branch of mathematics that deals with numerical descriptions of how likely an event is to occur.
  • Probability of an event = Number of favourable outcomes / Total number of outcomes.

Here we are given the people as,

8 democrats, 8 republicans and 6 independent.

So total number of people are: 8+6+6=20

Probability of choosing first democrat = 1/20

Probability of choosing first democrat = 1/19

Thus P( two democrats in succession ) = 1/20 ×1/19

                                                                = 1/380
