Explanation:

Fitness goals are the goals that are set by a person to get fit and healthy in a certain period of time. Fitness goals can be short term as well as long term.

Short term fitness goal can be any goal in which a person tries to get fit for a short period of time, certainly for an upcoming event or anything like that. For example there are people who want to get in shape for a ceremony that they are going to attend in few weeks. Such type of goals are short term fitness goals.

Long term fitness goals are the ones in which a person literally wants to achieve long term health benefits. Long term fitness goals may include strengthening your immune system, adopting a healthy eating lifestyle, improvement in your flexibility, take 8 hours of daily sleep, etc. These are the long term goals that need to be followed in order to live a healthy and fit life.

What is Mating?

This is also referred to as copulation and involves the pairing of organisms usually male and female for the main purpose of sexual reproduction. This involves the sex cells fusing together after it is done and the cell division involved is referred to as meiosis.
