The answer is C. the audience =). When someone speaks in an 'Aside' it means that they're addressing the audience. They do this in some plays so that the character speaking in an aside can reveal inner thoughts, feelings, and judgements only to the audience while none of the other characters hear what is said. For dialogue to count as an aside the character/actor has to look at the audience or at the camera.
