A samurai was a warrior caste which elite training and a strict code of honour. Samurai were often members of higher ranking families and received a good education. They acted as body guards for their warlords called daimyos.the daimyos could also be samurai. The samurai started training at a young of about 7-9 and trained 3 hours a day with an hour of meditation before and after battle training.
