Well, they have a green screen that they can edit their stuff with. It's a lot of digital editing.

The film industry has evolved over time as new computing and imaging technologies have emerged. The first films were without color and made with Câmreras of lesser degree of precision. Today, however, the industry has an immense supply of realistic technologies. For space films, there are satellite images that are used, showing the real image of the universe. These images are combined with scanning and other sound, imaging, and special effects technologies to make realistic space-scenes and other scenes.
