The site of the biggest and bloodiest Civil War battle in Georgia was D) Chickamauga.
The battle of Chickamauga was from on September 18th-20th of 1863. It had 34,624 casualties. It was the third to worst battle in the civil war with the most casualties, the other two worst being the Battle of Spotsylvania Courthouse being second, and the Battle of Gettysburg being the first. It ended up being a Confederate victory lead by General Braxton Bragg.
