-18+n<-7 so this answer is going to be on 10, and it will be a hollow dot, pointing to the left -18+10 (-8) <-7 which is true n-4>=13 so, this has to be greater than or equal to 13. n must be greater than or equal to 17 (add 4 to both sides) so the dot (solid) is going to be on 17 and pointing to the right.
