This is not a thesis sentence. You are stating a fact rather than making a bold statement that gives readers clues about what you will be talking about. It is too narrow. Unless your sole focus is the Nobel Peace Prize that he won in 2002, it is not an appropriate thesis. If your topic were George Washington for example, you would not say: George Washington was the first president. That would not be a thesis sentence. A more appropriate thesis would be: George Washington accomplished many things during his time as the first President of the United States. Then you would continue by saying what he accomplished and the essay would be about his presidency. Now just apply that to Jimmy Carter.

What is a internal detail
Aleksandr [31]
Internal: happens on the inside.
It depends what “internal detail” do you want, but if it’s a character’s internal details it basically has to do with their thoughts, feelings, traits and what they’ve been through or experienced.
If you mean the internal detail of an object, like a house, it has to do with the number of rooms in the house, the measures, etc.

Which of these is NOT a key topic to consider when revising?
NISA [10]

Answer:

the subject of your document

Explanation:

The reason this is not a key topic is because you have already picked the subject of your topic, this makes up the purpose which can be changed, but the subject is something to be written about, something to be described. The purpose of your document would only be changed when you would want to put yourself in the audiences shoes and want your purpose to be known. This is where the audience of your document comes in, if you do not grasp your audiences attention or get your purpose of the document and writing forecasting your message, then you would have less of an interested audience, making this a key topic. You would also want the length of your document to be "just right" as too long of an document will simply make the audience bored, you want to make just at the right length, only relevant information is needed. This is why the subject of your document is not considered a key topic as it is the thing you're writing about, not what you're writing "through".
