D - a large vocabulary than

This phrase has to be changed to "a larger vocabulary than". Since there is a comparison, large needs to be changed to larger to indicate that it is setting up the comparison of the English vocabulary to other languages.

VikaD [51]
The excerpt from Lord Byron's Childe Harold's pilgrimage that most clearly describes a state of alienation is the third one:
C. But soon he knew himself the most unfit / of men to herd with man.
He says here that he isn't the type to be around other people, which is why he prefers to be around himself only. Although that doesn't mean he doesn't like or want to be around other people, it is just that he doesn't know how to and is thus alienated.

1. Complete the conversation. Use the words in the box. AM – HE IS – IS – ME – YOUR – ARE – I’M – IT IS – YOU – YOU ARE Sarah: E
Nataliya [291]

Answer:

The answers are: HE IS, YOU ARE, IT IS, ARE, AM.

Explanation:

The first blank is "he is" because Robert is referring to Michael and his location. The second blank is "you are" because Michael is replying that Sarah is right. The word "your" would not be correct here because "your" is a possessive term. The third blank is "it is" because he is referring to the book being his. The fourth blank is "are" because he is asking if Sarah is in his class. The last blank is "am" because Sarah is stating that she is a student in the same math class.
