Answer:

x= -11;y= -19

Step-by-step explanation:

lets name y-2x=3    "A" ;

name 3x-2y=5        "B".

2A:     2y-4x=6

2A+B:  (2y-4x)+(3x-2y)=6+5

2y-4x+3x-2y=11

-x=11

so x= -11

so A is :  y-2 (-11)=3

y+22=3

so

y= -19
