I'm on the yearbook staff and the biggest way we incorporate everyone is through having fun interviews and questions for students to answer in their grade level of mugshots. We do this because having 20 pages of straight pictures of people faces is kind of boring so we will have some interviews at the top or bottom of the page asking things like "If you were in a TV show for the day which show would it be?" It gives more opportunities for people to be included in the book
