Anything that uses the properties of water is taking advantage of hydrogen bonding between the partially charged H2O molecules of water that allows for said properties(like cohesion, high temp of vaporization, universal solvent). Sweating is a great example of the human body using hydrogen bonding to get rid of heat energy through the natural breaking of those bonds with evaporation.
