State and federal appellate courts similar to both hear cases from lower courts.

Further Explanations:

The United States federal Structure is being divided into three branches, a judicial branch, and the executive branch and legislative branch along with a bicameral division. The Judicial power is vested to the Supreme Court having both Appellate as well as Original Jurisdiction over the constitutional issues and issues of the Lower Courts.

Though the supreme power of the Judiciary of the United States is Supreme Court but it also has a state court and appellate court as Jurisdiction supreme at state level. The appellate courts are the 13 circuit courts that hear appeal forwarded by the District courts while the State Court is the court that hears the disputes related to U.S State. The State Courts also handles numerous civil as well as criminal cases.

The only similarity among both the Courts is that both the Courts hear the cases from Lower courts. Those cases are the appeal cases whose decisions are already being given.

Answer;

Both hear cases from lower courts.

Explanation;

The state and federal appellate courts are similar in that both hear cases from lower courts. The appellate court's task is to determine whether or not the law was applied correctly in the trial court.

They are the part of the judicial system that is responsible for hearing and reviewing appeals from legal cases that have already been heard in a trial-level or other lower court.

While the Roman empire was periodically beset by invasions of nomadic peoples, the Han dynasty remained uninvaded by enemies. tr
finlep [7]

The correct answer is False. The fall of Rome and Han China were similar because they both faced nomadic invasions that greatly contributed to their decline. Moreover, the nomadic Xiongnu, later forming another nomadic tribe called the Huns, invaded and attacked Han China, after it could no longer afford to pay tribute to them; this caused the dynasty to come to and end.
