State and federal appellate courts similar to both hear cases from lower courts.

Further Explanations:

The United States federal Structure is being divided into three branches, a judicial branch, and the executive branch and legislative branch along with a bicameral division. The Judicial power is vested to the Supreme Court having both Appellate as well as Original Jurisdiction over the constitutional issues and issues of the Lower Courts.

Though the supreme power of the Judiciary of the United States is Supreme Court but it also has a state court and appellate court as Jurisdiction supreme at state level. Answer;

Both hear cases from lower courts.

Explanation;

The state and federal appellate courts are similar in that both hear cases from lower courts. The appellate court's task is to determine whether or not the law was applied correctly in the trial court.

They are the part of the judicial system that is responsible for hearing and reviewing appeals from legal cases that have already been heard in a trial-level or other lower court.
