However, equality does not mean equity because there are times that a President should really look on the matters that the people needed. In budgeting, we should list down our top to the least priorities and from there we can set where our taxes (money) will go. Thinking not just for the majority of the population but for keeping ALL the people in mind can help the President be re-elected.
