Quality assurance, is a team known as QA, that tests products before they go out into the market to make sure they pass quality tests. The main goal is to make sure little to no products are on the shelf with any defaults that the company can see. Although some may slip through the cracks, the quality assurance team prides themselves on finding any hidden faults. </span>
