Convergent oceanic-continental boundary is a type of plate boundary that occurs when a plate of oceanic lithosphere plunges beneath an overriding plate of continental crust. Convergent means move together. Plates shrink and grow in area. Transform fault is a type of plate boundary that occurs when a plate of continental crust grinds past another plate of continental crust.
