The word thesis statement would signify on the main points of the topic and helps to control the main ideas on the topic that you're writing about. If you are wanting to be a makeup artist in 10 years, you would have your heading, and also your ending, but then, right about in the middle is where you would have your thesis statement, to support your topic on why you would want to become this, and just pushing a little summary of the argument by defending it, practically.

<u>Your Thesis Statement:</u>

I would want to become a makeup artist because, art is what I love to do. But, not just any art, but the fact of making one another looking great, either for a movie, as many makeup artistes do movie stars makeup, in order for the looks and appearances fit within the movie. And also, by me doing this, I feel like this would make me a great person. I could do more beyond of just becoming an artist. I could work at many places that would consist of doing makeup. There would be places such as <em>"Sephora" </em> and many other places that I could go to do my job, as an artist and to make people look the way they would want to look like.

<u>End of Thesis Statement.</u>

Therefore, as we note above in our thesis statement, we can see here that we have supported why we want to become a makeup artist, what it would do for <em>you </em>and for others. And, how it would affect our future as well. I hope this have helped you, have an amazing day!

Nezavi [6.7K]

Answer:

201miles

Explanation:

Distance = speed x time

With this formula we will obtain the other formulas to solve the problem

In this case the variable that changes is the speed, the distance remains constant and is the incoginite , but FIRST, we must known the time he has been traveling.

then for the first case

Distance = 60mph x time

and for the second case

Distance = 50mph x (time + 40mintues)

40 minutes= 0,67 hours

matching the two equations

Distance = Distance

60mph x time = 50mph x (time + 0,67hours)

60mphTime = 50mphTIme + 33,5mph

10mphTime = 33,5mph

Time = 33,5mph / 10mph

Time = 3,35 hours

In the first equation

DIstance = 60mph x 3,35 hours

Distance = 201 miles

in equation 2

Distance = 50mph x (3,35 hours + 0,67hours)

Distance = 201miles
