Hello,

The answer would be

A. focus on her strong points, stay well-groomed, and remember that looks don't matter as much as she thinks.

Looks don't matter. The saying, "don't judge a book by it's cover," is true. Six out of ten American. teenagers have witnessed bullying at least once a day. Just because someone may look different doesn't mean they are a bad person. Everyday a kid, teenager or even an adult is discriminated against or put down in some way just because maybe they have red hair or big eyes or something that doesn't matter. In fact that something is what makes that person unique and someone is pointing it out in a negative way. I have personally been made fun of and been called weird just like a lot of people, just because of the way I may act. Sometimes I know that I can be a little overwhelming but that doesn't mean I am impossible to be around. Sometimes people don't realize that they are discriminating against that person and hurting them. This could be because some people have different ways of taking things depending on their personality. So you should think about what you say before you say it because you might think it is funny but someone else might take it offensively. Sometimes even your friends might put you down in front of people and hurt and embarrass you. They might think they are being funny and entertaining other people, but they are hurting their friend. One-third of youth are bullied at least once a month. This needs to come to a stop and not only does someone need to stand up for you, but you need to stand up for yourself. If you see your friend or anyone being bullied you should take a stand and tell them to leave them alone or approach the situation in an appropriate way. Just by saying something and standing up for someone you are taking a step towards solving the problem or bullying. I believe that people need to put themselves in other's shoes and see how they would feel if someone was treating them that way and see what it is like. I think that they would realize it isn't fun and they would stop bullying people.

BaLLatris [955]
Hi there!

While two lifeguards are performing CPR on the same victim, they should each take a " turn" giving compressions.By switching between them, the will each get a rest.  This will help prevent fatigue, which can limit the amount of good chest compressions.
Hope this helps! : )
