Prevailing winds influence the precipitation by regulating amount of water vapor in air, direction of wind movement and by making cold and hot air masses to move.

Explanation:

Winds make both hot and cold air masses to move. The hot air rises up with wind and cold air rushes to take its place. The hot air coming from water bodies towards the land carry ample of water vapor and causes precipitation in the region. On the other hand, the air coming from land masses does not have enough water vapor to cause any rains in the region.

Solution:

• Turn the Heat Off - Don't try to move the pot. You might accidentally splash yourself or your kitchen with burning oil. And that would be bad.

• Do Not Move the Pot or Carry It Outside - Throwing the pot outside might seem logical in the frenzy of the moment. But trying to move the pot might splash burning oil on you, your home, and anything outside.  

• Do Not Throw Any Other Baking Product On the Fire - Flour might look like baking soda, but it won't react the same. Only baking soda can help put out a grease fire.

Many (not all) of the greatest scientific discoveries found till this day have been discovered under unethical methods or proceedings. Unfortunately, many as well have been discovered through unethical experimentations for research purposes. However, now there are associations dedicated to approve scientific research ideas before they undergo proceedings of the scientific method in order to prevent more unethical research being done. Within the science community, we are greatful for what we've come to know... however, greatly disappointed with how many of those discoveries came about. Therefore, thanks to these associations, there should be no more unethical practices, experimentations, or research (although there are still quite a few going on in the world). That being said, yes... I believe scientists should definitely be ethical with their work. Otherwise, there will be consequences they shall face.

Allele frequency is p+q=1

= 22+188/1000

=210/1000

= 0.21

q= 0.45

Calculating expected frequency of allele p,

Using p+q=1

p=1-q

p= 0.55 (expected)

Calculating observed value of frequency of p,

p²= p²+2pq/1000

= 790+188/1000

= 978/1000

= 0.978

p = 0.988 (observed)

Since the expected frequency does not match the observed frequency therefore the population is not under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and the gene pool is disturbed.
