4 perecent of 100 is 4 and 8 percent of what number is 200 i would say i know that 100 is not a odd number so and its in the tens place so it equals for its easy then 4 x 2 =8 and 2 x 100 = 200 so its 200. whope i was correct pls give me brainlliest
