Answer:

School bullying does not only have short-term effects. Victims of bullying may experience poor performance and unrealistic goals for themselves. Bullies may taunt a victim, for example, for not being as good at a sport as the bully is. This may cause the victim to set an unrealistic goal for themself, just to live up to the bully's standards. Victims also may be distracted from thinking about the bully, so they perform poorer than they usually would on something like a test. Although are many more examples, these are a few common instances in which bullying causes victims to have unrealistic goals and perform poorly at school.

Refer to the article "From Barter to Bitcoin" in your Money, Money, Money magazine for a complete version of this text.
algol [13]

Answer:

C. “They are just the latest development in the long history of money.”

Explanation:

According to a different source, these are the options that are missing from this question:

A. “It first appeared in 2009.”

B. “In mid-2018, one bitcoin was worth $6,100.”

C. “They are just the latest development in the long history of money.”

D. “Bitcoin is the most widely used cryptocurrency today.”

In the text, the author describes the way Bitcoin has grown and developed throughout the last ten years. Although the rise of Bitcoin suggests that the currency is extremely successful and popular, the author also tells us that Bitcoin is in reality the last example of a long list of developments in the history of money. When we analyze it in this way, we can assume that Bitcoin might not be as significant as we might be inclined to believe initially. This can  lead us to believe that Bitcoin is unlikely to be a form of currency used by young people any time soon.

PLEASE HELP ME. THIS IS A LATE ASSIGNMENT AND I NEED TO TURN IT IN. PLEASE HELPPP
garri49 [273]

Answer:

"Nothing shocks me, I am a scientist". I had lived by that for years, decades even. Nothing affected me, from horrific lab accidents to terrible mutations. They were all just things that could happen and then happened, nothing more, nothing less. But sometimes-sometimes you see something. Something you were not meant to see. Something not of God. Something not of The Devil. Something not of anything you know. Something that was not for your eyes and your eyes have been punished for it. Your mind has been punished for it. You have been punished for it.
