Affirmative: Si, elle a de la/une voiture.

Negative: Elle n'a pas de la/une voiture.

(I'm pretty sure voiture is a feminine noun. Also, would it be more logical to have some car [de la] or a car [une]? I wasn't sure whether or not it was a mistake so I included both.)

Non, ma mère n'a pas de voiture. (négatif).
