Company A: y= 30x +15 Company B: y= 28x +21

Company B will be cheaper for cleaning 6 mattresses. y= 30 (6) +15 -> y= 180+15

y=195.    B: y= 28(6) +21 -> y= 168+21 -> y= 189

C: $6 are saved for using company B.

A=1/2h(b+c) solve for h
pogonyaev
<span>1) Multiply both sides of the equation by 2:

2(A)=2[1/2h(b+c)
2A=2/2h(b+c)
2A=1h(b+c)
2A=h(b+c)

2) Divide both sides of the equation by (b+c):
(2A)/(b+c)=[h(b+c)]/(b+c)
2A/(b+c)=h
h=2A/(b+c)

 Answer: </span>h=2 \frac{A}{(b+c)}

How many points do the graphs of the equations 6x - 3y = 7 and 12x - 6y = 14 have in common?
murzikaleks [220]
ALL of their points are common. If you multiply each side of the first equation by 2, you'll see that they're both the same line.
