Dussel has not been on speaking terms with Van Daan for ten days and just because, ever since the burglary, a whole lot of fresh

security measures have been made that don't suit him....
He is not supposed to sit in the office downstairs on Saturday afternoons and Sundays anymore, but he goes on doing it just the same.

Which best describes Dussel's traits based on his actions?

A.) He is grumpy and immature
B.) He is selfish and inconsiderate
C.) He is independent and clearheaded
D.) He is brave and righteous

(I think A but B could be correct too)

From "The Diary of Anne Frank", the option that best describes Dussel's traits based on his actions is B) He is selfish and inconsiderate.

In her diary, Anne Frank wrote what happened to her family, the Van Danns and Dussel while hiding from the Nazis. When Dussel first arrives he says he is used to living all by himself and he is not used to adjusting to others. This is clearly shown in the way he does what he wants, even though after the burglary fresh security measures were taken.

Read the excerpt from Julius Caesar, act 3, scene 2.
hram777 [196]

Answer:

Antony wants to make the people angry by manipulating the words of Brutus and favoring Caesar.

Explanation:

In the excerpt of Antony's speech above, he clearly does not agree with Brutus' description of Caesar as an ambitious person. The rhetorical questions he asked and the answers to them show clearly that Caesar was not ambitious. Surely, a person who wept with the poor and three times rejected kingly crown was in no way an ambitious person.

While Brutus castigated Caesar in his speech, Antony helped the people see his good side. When he later showed the crowd the will left by Caesar where every citizen had a share in Caesar's wealth, the people then clearly understood that Brutus and Cassius were the traitors.
