It was Ungary. The revolution started on 23rd October and ended on 4th November 1956.
It was born as a pacific manifestation but soon became an anti-soviet revolution. People were poor, economy collapsed and there was low standard of life; farmers didn't receive any advantages from the politics of the USSR. They wanted a model like the one that wanted Nagy: libertarian socialism and liberaldemocracy.
The ÁVH and Soviet troups tried to stop this revolution, but they failed and Ungary won.
The relationship between the executive and the legislature in a parliamentary system is called responsible government. The head of government is the prime minister, who has the real power. The head of state may be an elected president or, in the case of a constitutional monarchy, hereditary.
