A cucumber is juicy and tastes great with ranch dressing. I helped my mom and dad plant cucumbers in the spring in our garden. You have to plant them in a mound. Before they grow into a cucumber they are little yellow flowers. Cucumbers can turn into pickles. I cannot wait to eat more cucumbers.

My favorite vegetable is cauliflower. It may not look appetizing to you, but it is so crunchy you almost have to love it. Its sweet flavor makes it irresistible. It looks like a cloud, but it's way too crunchy to be one. It smells dull but its flavor will blow you away. That is why cauliflower is by far my favorite vegetable.

Celery is my favorite vegetable. I like celery because it's crunchy. I eat celery with peanut butter. I eat the stem of the plant. The stem is stringy. It looks bumpy. Celery is hard. Those are all the reasons I like celery.
