SOLUTION:

The diagonally opposite angles in a parallelogram are equivalent to each other.

( 10y - 29 ) and ( 7y + 19 ) are diagonally opposite to each other.

Therefore:

10y - 29 = 7y + 19

10y - 7y = 10 + 29

3y = 39

y = 39 / 3

y = 13

FINAL ANSWER:

Therefore, the answer is:

y = 13

Hope this helps! :)

(-3 - 5i )(-3 + 5i ) = -16 34 34 - 30
Virty [35]

You can use:

(a-b)(a+b)=a^2-b^2

We know:

i=\sqrt{-1}\to i^2=-1

Calculate:

(-3-5i)(-3+5i)=(-3)^2-(5i)^2=9-25i^2=9-25(-1)=9+25=34
