$3 = 6tan(\frac{x}{2})$
$tan(\frac{x}{2}) = \frac{1}{2}$
$\frac{x}{2} = tan^{-1}(\frac{1}{2})$
$x = 2tan^{-1}(\frac{1}{2})$

$x = 0.927295218...$

We know this because the tangential graph is period every pi radians. The sinusoidal and co-sinusoidal graph are periodic every 2pi radians.
