1836- </span><span>On March 2, </span>1836<span>, </span>Texas<span> formally declared its independence from Mexico.
1844- </span><span>All Texas prisoners are released by Mexico on order from Santa Anna.
Romans were able to battle at Sea which helped them to expand their nation. Not all nations had ships and not all nations could fight on water and land. The romans had that advantage.
