Correct answer choice is :

A) To remind readers that they must take action immediately to succeed against the British

Explanation:

The American Crisis is a compilation list by eighteenth-century Enlightenment scholar and author, Thomas Paine, basically printed from 1776 to 1783 during the American Revolution. Paine also used testimonials to God, saying that a war against the Kingdom of Great Britain would be a war with the support of God.

Well, it's actually pretty simple. You see, the words hour and spring are often used with various meanings in the first place.
The answer would be A, because 'hour' refers vaguely as time, and 'spring' in this case is not a body of water, but an action.

#1) In act 1, scene1, how does the cobbler`s opinion of Caesar differ from Flavius and Murellus` opinion?

Answer: The cobbler's opinion of Caesar differ from Flavius and Marullus' opinion in that the cobblers feel great respect and admiration towars Caesar's feat while on the other hand we have Marullus worried or even alarmed at Caesar’s return after he defeated his rival and also former co-ruler Pompey. Marullus knew that this victory would mean that Caesar will be the most powerful man in Rome. For this same reason he felt in a very dangerous position. He assumed that Caesar would soon impose one-man rule. Marullus joins Flavius who feels the same way to try and put a stop to Caesar.

If you mean which sentance best represents the moral of the story then it would be the second to last sentence: "At last a Wolf really did come, and the Boy cried, "Wolf! wolf!" as loud as he could: but the people were so used to hearing him call that they took no notice of his cries for help."
