32, 35, 38, 40, 42, 46, 48, 48, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 56

The median value is 48.

To find the median you put all the numbers in order. If there is an odd number of numbers it is the center number. If there are an even amount of numbers it is the mean I’d the two central numbers. In this case the two central numbers were the same. So the median is 48.

Answer:

Median = 48.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given  : 56 32 48 52 51 53 48 38 35 42 40 46 54 50.

To find :  what is the median value.

Solution : We have given 56 32 48 52 51 53 48 38 35 42 40 46 54 50.

Step (1) : Arrange in ascending order

32 , 35 , 38 ,40 , 42 , 46 , 48, 48 ,, 50 ,51, 52 ,53 ,54 , 56.

Total numbers =  14 ,

Formula of median for even numbers : (\frac{n+1}{2})^{th} ,(\frac{n}{2})^{th}  \\Mean\ of\ (\frac{n+1}{2})^{th} ,(\frac{n}{2})^{th}\ term\ is\ the\ median.

Here , n = 14

Step (2):  (\frac{14}{2})^{th} ,(\frac{14}{2}+1)^{th}

(7^{th} ,(8)^{th} terms are 48 , 48

Step (3) :Mean of  (7^{th} ,(8)^{th} =  (\frac{48+48}{2}) .

Median = 48.

Therefore, Median = 48.

Answer:

A

Step-by-step explanation:

The constant rate of change in this question simply means the slope

To get the slope, we simply get two points and apply the slope equation;

The points are;

(3,60) and (6,30)

The slope equation is;

m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (30-60)/(6-3) = -30/3 = -10 ft/s

So our answer is the first option as it represents a decent of -10 ft/s

Answer:

c > 0\\t>0\\c+t\geq 60

6c+4t\leq300

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that:

c represents the number of cucumber plants

t represents the number of tomato plants

Now, as per the question statement, we can write the inequalities.

The students need to plant some of each plants and at least 60 plants.

i.e.

c > 0\\t>0\\c+t\geq 60

Area required to plant each cucumber plant = 6 sq ft

Area required to plant each tomato plant = 4 sq ft

Area required to plant c cucumber plants = 6c sq ft

Area required to plant t tomato plants = 4t sq ft

Total area is at the maximum 300 square feet

6c+4t\leq300

Therefore, the inequalities to represent the situation are:

c > 0\\t>0\\c+t\geq 60

6c+4t\leq300
