Answer:

Keeping agriculture strong.

Explanation:

Industrialization in France was better regulated than in other countries. France made sure that agriculture remained strong. It had a modest urban development, and allowed for peasants to still have a prominent role in society, the percentage of the population dedicated to agriculture declined, but not even close to how it did in other countries. Under these conditions, they were less keen to gather as much in big cities looking for jobs, as they still could work the land, avoiding problems like unemployment, overpopulation, and economic speculation.

What did it mean to be a slave (slavery in America)
neonofarm [45]

Answer:

To be a slave meant you had no control over your own life and you were controlled by a master and you always had to do what your master said or else there would be terrible punishments, and you did not get paid for all the work you did.

Slavery was cruel, awful and unfair that is why we no longer have it today.

VARVARA [1.3K]

The correct answer is A. Buy things to show off.

Explanation

Consumerism is a trend that emerged during the twentieth century in parallel with the emergence and establishment of capitalism. Consumerism is based on the purchase and accumulation of goods and services. Moreover, in most cases, goods are considered non-essential and they are bought because of trends or with the fundamental objective of showing this to others, in the idealized way shown by the advertising.
