Think about a time you have signed off on a “Terms of Agreement.” Did you read the terms? In a short paragraph, describe the sit

uation below, and explain what you might do differently now. If you have never signed off on a “Terms of Agreement,” write a short paragraph about what you will do if you encounter one in the future.
Make sure you use correct spelling and punctuation, and include transition words such as "first," "second," and "then" to organize your sentences.

Sample answer:

I signed off for the very first time in a social media. I did not realise how important was to read the terms of agreement carefully. First, I did not notice that I had to give them too much personal information; I was not sure about that. Second, legal terms were so difficult to understand; I had no idea of what they meant. Then, when I tried to unsubscribe, it was very complicated; I did not know what to do.  Nevertheless, I have learnt my lesson and I read everything now.

I have signed off on a "Terms of Agreement" before, and sadly, I did not read this carefully. When I signed off, I assumed this was what everyone did, and did not consider the risk carefully. I did so when buying an app that I thought was free. First, I signed the agreement without reading it. Later, when I wanted to delete the app, it charged me to my credit card. Afterwards, I tried to complain, but the company informed me that I had consented to payment. I went back to the agreement and realized this was true. Now, I read everything carefully just in case.
