The answer is B: the book My Life, by Bill Cinton.

A book about someone's life that was witten by that person is called an autobiography. Great part or the most significant parts of the history of that person is described in their autobiography, which makes the most credible source for researching their life. A coment or a conversation can be only personal opinions. A newspaper article won't be able to cover much about their life.

The book my life by Bill Clinton would be best due to the fact it was an autobiography that he personally wrote so there would be no false information. Any of the other options are not government official websites meaning they could have false information included or opinions.
