No matter what if an officer tells you to go through the light there's a good reason why that you may not know; but still take caution by slowing down and looking to make sure there are no other cars coming.

The correct answer is A) go through the intersection without stopping.

If you approach a red light and a traffic officer directs you to go through the intersection without stopping, you should go through the intersection without stopping.

When confronted with a situation like this, you need to always obey the directions of the traffic officer. It is more important what the officer says that the traffic light. There should be any good reason for the officer to do that. In the opposite case is the same. If by any circumstances there is a Greenlight and the traffic officer directs you to stop, yo have to stop. Probably there is an accident ahead or a broken car at the side of the road.

How are most adjectives changed into adverbs?
sveta [45]

Adjectives are the part of speech which qualifies the noun or pronoun. They may be placed before the qualifying word.

For example, this cute baby is eating an apple.

Whereas, adverbs refers to the set of words or word which qualifies the adjectives.

For example, the girls are speaking softly.

Hence, to form an adverb through adjective, they can be formed by adding –ly to the end of the word.

For example, they performed bad/badly in the exam

how did they perform? badly.

Hence, it is an adverb.
