The Great Game was a series of disputes between Britain and Russia over territories in Afghanistan, Southern and Central Asia in the 19th Century. These disputes consisted of a series of war threats that created a bad atmosphere and they lasted half a century.

The Great Game was a diplomatic and/or political argument that lasted for almost the entire 19th century.  This long historical event was between the British and the Russian empire. They were trying to overcome neighboring territories.
